Warm golden hues with hints of green, this colour will continue to deepen and intensify with age. The nose displays characters of marmalade, orange peel and lychee. The palate delivers an intensity sweet and luscious wine that has been counterbalanced by the fresh lime acidity giving it a clean and lingering finish. Best accompanied by rich cheese, quince paste and figs.

Botrytis Semillon has the sweetness and richness to partner effortlessly with all manner of cakes and sweet desserts. This is one of the few wine styles that you can drink quite cold, so pop a bottle in the fridge and cue it for dessert.
